A Message From Our CEO
My passion is to empower people through technology. When I started this venture over a decade ago, I was helping other sectors, like churches and first responders. Once I started working with local cemeteries, I was hooked!
There is such an overwhelming need for improvement and a gap in technology in the cemetery industry that I knew this would be an exciting, wild ride and an area in which I could help immensely!
Over the years, we’ve helped cemeteries both large and small, and we’ve helped people who were technologically challenged as well as those who are very tech-savvy. Regardless of the client’s situation, it’s always a joy to see the lightbulb come on when they see how much we can truly improve their processes and their day-to-day lives.
This wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated team we have become. It all started with three people working in my basement, and we have grown to over 20 employees and a 16,000 square ft. building with over 30 offices, including room for expansion!

Meet Scott McAfee
Scott McAfee has been with CemSites since day one as the company’s founder and Chief Executive Officer. Scott’s primary responsibilities at CemSites include steering and setting the direction of the company and its offerings. His vision and true passion for improving processes and making everyday tasks easier are what have made CemSites the premier industry software for cemeteries.
Scott is also involved with making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and acting as the main point of communication among upper management. His drive and commitment to excellence have led CemSites to become the industry leader in cloud software for cemeteries.
In addition to being the CEO of CemSites, Scott is also Principal at Face2Face Marketing, a full-turnkey marketing agency.
When Scott isn’t working hard at CemSites, he can often be found building things and working on home improvement projects. He also enjoys cruising in his ‘69 Camaro, golfing, boating, and camping with his family.
