The new ArcGIS integration delivers a more connected approach to cemetery mapping and data management. Cemeteries can maintain ArcGIS as their source of truth for mapping while connecting essential information with CemSites. Two-way data synchronization helps keep burial details, lot statuses, and other critical records accurate and consistent across both platforms. Additionally, ArcGIS polygon layers can be viewed directly within CemSites, providing cemetery teams with a more comprehensive view of property layouts and burial data.
The new Document Builder module simplifies document creation by allowing clients to build and save custom templates directly within CemSites or upload existing PDF forms. Users can add data placeholders to designated fields, enabling CemSites to automatically populate documents with information from applicable records. This functionality helps reduce repetitive data entry, streamline administrative processes, and promote greater consistency across documentation.
Enhancements to CemSign offer greater flexibility in managing electronic agreements and signatures. Users can send individual documents by email for electronic signature, including documents not generated within CemSites, or multiple documents for signature through an automated process at once. Signers can complete documents remotely from any device, while signature notifications and finalized documents are automatically maintained within CemSites for convenient access and recordkeeping.
The platform introduces a refreshed user interface and user experience building on CemSites brand refresh announced last month. The updated design introduces a cleaner visual presentation and a more intuitive navigation experience, aligning the software more closely with the refreshed brand. These enhancements are designed to make everyday interactions with the platform more streamlined while establishing a strong foundation for continued product development.
